If your equipment needs repair or refurbishment, please fax or email the details to Customer Service. Please include the type of equipment, the serial number, date of purchase, name of original purchaser and the particulars of shipping. All equipment should be shipped to our facility prepaid.
Ocean Instruments’ personnel are available to provide technical assistance to owners and users of our equipment, either new or used. If you have questions about your piece of equipment and its operation, do not hesitate to call us immediately. Our staff is eager to help with large or small questions about operation, use, suitability, etc. With over 50 years of experience in the oceanographic field, we have asked and answered many of the questions that you may have.
